Hollow plate mould02

Product manual

Hollow sun panel moulds are widely used in the fields of architectural decoration, lighting and insulation, and barriers. The hollow sun plate mould is equipped with a uniform coating of the UV layer. It can produce hollow products with a width of 2100mm. It has excellent resistance to resistance, UV resistance, new impact resistance and light transmittance.

The mould has upper and lower elastic fine adjustment lateral lip to adjust the product wall thickness error of £3%; fully enclosed built-in electric heating tube partition control, rapid heating, small temperature difference; in-mould blowing mechanism independent partition control flow, uniform gas distribution More stable; cross-adhesive and mandrel with precision polishing process with precision up to 0.015-0.03um to ensure smooth material

PVC setting plate

Product manual

The production of PVC profiles by extrusion moulding is the main production mode of PVC profiles. The production process is as follows: the extruder melts and plasticizes the PVC material, and then the molten material is formed into the desired Pvc profile in the slit mould, and passes through the setting table. Cooling and shaping, traction and cutting, and then sent to the hopper stacking package. In the PVC production line, the main function of the setting table is to provide cooling water and vacuum to the profile that needs to be shaped.

Usually, different types of styling methods are used depending on the type, shape, precision, and moulding speed of the profile product, and sometimes a combination of several different sizing methods is used according to actual needs. Commonly used shaping methods for extrusion moulding are: (1) multi-plate type setting; (2) sliding setting; (3) dry vacuum setting; (4) wet vacuum setting; (5) vacuum sliding setting; (6) dry-wet mixing Vacuum setting. In order to meet the requirements of high-speed, high-efficiency and high-quality extrusion production, extrusion and setting are generally carried out in three forms: dry vacuum setting, wet vacuum setting, and dry-wet mixing vacuum setting.
